In this mission, maximize your profits for your portfolio (of 3 stocks) given the following rules:
Rule #1: The trading commission per trade (both buy and sell) is set at of the total principal value traded (rounded up).
Rule #2: A maximum of shares in a given stock can be traded at a time.
